Today is a very super duper moody day for me. Got so angry with some customers. It's the 1st time that I got so moody with customer. Usually I only complained and nagged about them, but today it really affect my mood totally. Coz usually I know how to solve it, but today, too many things to do. I've been working overtime from Mon to today. I bet tomorrow sure OT also. Since Monday, I've been going home at 7pm or later. My colleague also OT with me. She say our office hour is 9am to 7pm. Haha... Haiz.... Very very sian.
Today, I got to know from my salesman that, the siao zha bo (mad woman), whom I blogged about earlier, she got lots of complain from the owner. The owner said initially before she signed anything, this mad woman promised her everything can be done, but once signed, the thing cannot be done, and the price also 2 times higher. Damn , she can say us cannot say her own self. Cannot tahan this kind of person.
Next, got many things not done in office. Some customers are really.... One of it, he chased me for the drawing when he just order the gate from us and we haven measure yet. Fine, I provide him with the drawing the next day, and before that, he even called my salesman and nagged him where's the drawing. Now, after sending him the drawing for 2 days, he nv get back to me. Lidat also can. Then I revenge, called him and asked him can we fabricate? He say, oh, erm, let me get back to you tomorrow ok? DAMN. And one more, this lady, my manager say cannot stand her, very brainless. I din know until today, I really had a taste. This person, want the star, and want me to get for her, want the moon, also want me to get for her. But she din know that it's impossible. DAMN. She think she want what also can. My manager already explained to her, she still don't get it. I don't know how to explain to her, so I drew the picture let her see, and she din say anything, but wanted to change a bit of the design, but I was so busy, so I din really hear what she say on the phone, but I kept saying yes yes ok ok, but I'm doing my work on the other hand. Once I want to start her work, I don't know how to start lol, coz I never hear what she say. It's the 1st time I din listen to customer talk. So I anyhow draw and send back to her lol. Don't care about my reputation already. I'm really busy like f. So because of her thing, I got so moody today. I am so sorry becoz initially , kel asked jh and jx to meet us for dinner, then last min, I say I really got no mood to go out, so they cancelled the meeting. Haiz. I still got one stack of drawing haven do. 2 days never go down for inspection already, anything happen I am responsible, but I really don't have time. 1 of my worker today last day, I din even have time to go down and say bye to him. Hopefully can see him tomorrow , coz his ticket is still in the office haha.
Ok got to have my dinner now. Mum nagging. Bye. =(
