Aye, blogging in office now haha... Not that I'm free, but I just want to take a small break to blog what I want coz I am lazy to blog at home. Just finished my lunch. Yesterday and today is a very busy day for me. And dunno why yesterday so many crazy ppl called and make a fuss. So angry. Firstly, this customer called and say, "your guys say today come my house install my gate at 10.30am, why are they not here yet?". Then I look at the time and think "eh auntie, the time now is 10.25am only lor". Of coz I don't talk to her lidat. I tell her "ok my guys should be on the way now". Then she shouted "Walau now then on the way, walau the whole thing should finished before 12pm, I am in a hurry you know, if later I late the taxi fare I claim from your company one hor, and blah blah blahhhhh....". Zzzzzz... Can't stand it. After putting the phone down, I called one of my part timers customer and told him the gate thing. He say " your company service very very bad, pay money that time , everything ok, now you tell me I am left with no choice blah blah blah....". Then I asked him "Did my part timer told you blah blah blah?". He said "your part timer tell me bleah bleah bleah".... I almost fainted. I told him I'll call him later. Then I called my colleague n COMPLAINED to her. Tell her what the part timer done. She also fainted. Luckily I thought of some ideas, that is, sending him some pictures to let him visualise. Today, he called and told me finally he understood and will go according to what we want. HAHA.
Then number 3, my salesman customer came to our showroom. Just to choose colours all that. My salesman tell me, this customer very nuts one be careful. Lucky still ok, I only take down some details he wanted and passed to my salesman to handle lol. And lastly, this is the most crazy customer of all. We called her crazy woman. 1 month ago, my salesman get me to draw the gate for this woman's customer. She's a interior designer. Then, when I gave her the drawings, she said she want to modify this modify that, and on the very same day I modified and sent to her. Then she replied want me to modify again this and that. And when I called her or emailed her, she din reply at all. Then yesterday, she said she approved everything and want us to install this saturday. SHE IS CRAZY. I told her, our earliest date is next Wednesday. She said, " It can't be, I don't care, I'm not happy with the date, no no". Then I tell her, the schedule is full from today till Wednesday, so Wed is the earliest date. She not happy and I told her ok I call her later. So I called my salesman to compain. This woman say, why that time I order on Monday, you all say if want to install can install on Thurs, today I approved, you all say next wed then can install. She is crazy. I told her, that time you ordered, schedule not tight, but today then you confirm and want this sat, we cannot give coz schedule is FULL. Wah biang. Then she called my salesman to complain. My salesman quarreled with her and he say he don't want to do her business. This woman is not the 1st time lidat already, got one time she kept changing our schdule n design too. Then this woman called me and want my boss hp no. I don't give and she said why we all lidat one , why so secretive one? Pls lor boss hp how can anyhow give? Told Regine about this story, she said she is brainless. Then I say, I get my manager to call you. She say ok, asap ok? I said ok. Then my manager called her, AGAIN she nv listen to the phone. Today, manager also called her. Also nv listen. Until after lunch, she called back, asked how's the thing. I said, manager called u from ytd till today, you din listen. She say I give the wrong number to him. I said NO, I GAVE HIM YOUR NAMECARD, AND HE CALLED YOU MANY TIMES. She die also dun want to admit she got missed call. Kept saying no la no, cannot be, cannot. DAMN CRAZY. Anyway, I believe she die die also must make the gate from us, coz she already told her client already, but now my salesman don't want do her busines. Very good! A lesson for her. However, my manager still want to do her business, so he was thinking maybe let him handle, but she's the one don't want to listen phone. Oh ya, and when she was quarreling with my salesman, she nothing to argue, so she said the drawing I gave her is not what she want, therefore dragged the time. I told my salesman, hello, she say want to change , I changed for her on the same day and emailed back, called or emailed her don't want reply me, now blame me ah? 1 month ago I finished liao hor. My salesman also understand. He asked me don't care her, dun do her business. Lidat say me one, I not afraid of her one. Now my office all think she mentally got problem. I am not afraid of anything. Nv do wrong. HAHA. Phew~ typed so much. Really very angry la. Don't know when will solve this problem. Wonder if she really will make from us. Heee.... ok ok back to work liao must finish my work today. Byez.
